I have a Level 10 Half Elf Ranger & I am wanting to take this character down the route of demon slaying without looseing any or to much of my Ranger abilitys is there a class or prestige class that is official that would fit what I am wanting anything from D&D or Pathfinder ? yes it is a ranged ranger useing a bow & not one of the melle variety

Your best bet is to stick with a straight ranger. Max out your favored enemy bonus vs. evil outsiders and you should be good to go. Also max out your favored terrain as the Abyss. That will be a +20 to perception rolls vs. demons on the Abyss. Make sure you pickup knowledge planes. Favored defense would be a good idea. Rangers get some defensive spells like resist energy and protection from energy. Get a holy demon bane weapon and you should be set.

PF and 3.5 are very different games. In PF you are much, much better to just stick with Ranger and take Evil Outsiders to the moon.
