ONly about 10-12 in and have had 3 double items.
Just one item was repeated nto the same pairings.

We're investigating this. We had to relax the "never show you an item more than once" requirement due to performance. You should still not see the same pairing of items more than once. (Unless your vote didn't go through, in which case we'll keep showing you the same pair until that vote registers properly.)
