Is the pen Mightier Than the sword

So im running a Dwarf Fighter who uses 2handed weapons im trying to figure out out between a great sword or an earth breaker

Earthbreaker crits less often, hits harder when it does crit, does blunt damage instead of slashing, and weighs 6 lbs more.

I've never liked the idea of a dwarf with a sword, but that's just fluff bias on my part.

Dwarven Longhammer. Same stats as Earthbreaker but has reach.

Combo it with the Dwarven Boulder Helmet, and threaten at 5 and 10 feet.
