Player pack and alliance pack

I've been away for a week so might have missed this. Have there been any details as to exactly what these entail yet?

nope.

Player pack will probably some basic starting items/cash shop buffs(there won't be a cash shop in beta)

The alliance pack is probably a jump start into one of the NPC alliances.

We probably won't know until alpha starts. They are things that need the game to be more finished before it is decided what they are.

I was wondering whether there might have been some details released regarding what in the world is an alliance pack, and what does it contain?

Is it 100% cotton denim with double stitching and rivets dyed with natural dyes?

Any update on what these are? I'm considering adding another $45 for the Player + Alliance + Name, but not without at least a rough idea of what they'll do.

The alliance pack is advanced faction with one of the pre-existing Alliance factions in the River Roads area. I suspect it is quite advantageous to have good faction with what amounts to in-game NPC governments, especially if you would like to explore their lands without trespassing.

This pack gives the character an increase in Alliance ranking with one of Pathfinder Online's Alliances (Hellknights, Pathfinder Society, Knights of Iomedae, Denizens of the Echo Wood, and others yet to be announced) of compatible alignment with the character. The character automatically becomes a member of that Alliance, though opposing Alliances will now be hostile to him. The player also receives a small selection of consumable items unique to the Alliance, and a piece of armor, wondrous item, or weapon associated with the Alliance, such as a Pathfinder Society wayfinder.
