Okay, this is a pretty unique situation but I'm not sure if this works or not.
Could a character who is both a Maneuver Master Monk and a Magus do the following:
When taking a Full Attack action use both Flurry of Maneuvers (to take a free combat maneuver as a bonus attack on a full attack) AND use Spell Combat to both cast a spell and take an attack?
(I think this would work since Spell Combat works like Two-weapon fighting - if I had Two-Weapon Fighting I'm pretty sure I could both do a flurry of maneuvers and attack with both weapons But I'm not entirely sure.

you can't use two weapon fighting and spell combat, you cant use two weapon fighting and flurry, you can't use flurry and spell combat.
Flurry of maneuvers is a modification of flurry of blows.
Two weapon fighting, spell combat and flurry all represent full attack actions. You can't have more than one full attack action. You can't spell combat as part of flurry, because spell combat IS an on hand attack and an off hand spell, the two can't be separated, it's one fluid thing,

Or rather, flurry requires a full attack action. Spell Combat allows you to take all of your attacks, like a full attack action, but it is not a full attack action, it's its own type of full-round action.
Anything that procs on a full attack doesn't work with spell combat, which includes flurry, and the extra haste attack too.
As a full-round action, he can make all of his attacks with his melee weapon at a –2 penalty and can also cast any spell from the magus spell list with a casting time of 1 standard action (any attack roll made as part of this spell also takes this penalty).
edit: I disagree that you can't 2WF with Flurry of Maneuvers. It replaces, not modifies, regular flurry, so can be done in armor, and while 2WF, as both 2WF and FoM can be done whenever making a full attack, as opposed to being a type of full attack or other full-round action.
