Just make it something appropriate to the character's level or the CR of the encounter. Page 422 of the core book may help: you pretty much just need to look at the reflex save and average damage sections of table 13-3 for a hazard like that. Pages 442 to 445 have some guidelines for generic environmental damage too, so that may help you eyeball an appropriate figure.
Or just treat it as a mass of shard gel (Ultimate Equipment page 108) which doesn't dissolve after 5 rounds (basically 1d4 piercing damage for any characters directly hit, the area strewn with glass counts as being covered in caltrops, but any area effect sonic damage turns them all to harmless powder).
