Feat Additional Rage Power

Do you have to have already gotten a power?

For example can my Feral Gnasher Goblin Barbarian take Extra Rage power at level 3, even though I have not gotten any powers yet due to the archetype?

Could extra rage power have been taken at level 1?

Sadly, no. The pre-requisite for that feat (and all similar feats) is to possess the class feature. Until you've gotten a rage power, you don't have the "rage power" class feature and thus don't meet the pre-reqs.

You can not take extra rage power until you gain your first rage power. A character is not considered to have the required class ability (rage power in this case) until they actually gain their first one.
