Suggestions for improvement? Hopefully superstitious, some trait and rage bonus to will saves will make up for 7 WIS. Having only one skill point per level is pretty LOL, but fits the type of character I want to play (dumb power-hungry brute). My main concern is dying really fast, which is something I'd like to avoid. Actually hitting things would also be nice. I will get Witch Hunter and Spell Sunder ASAP, for the record.
Any tips are very much welcome. The intention of the build is obviously to make a character that does a lot of damage. :-)

Toughness, and the Endurance-Diehard feats can help against dying really fast. Take a gander at the Increased Damage Reduction rage power too. I mean, why have Dr 3/- when you can have DR 6/- while raging? The -4 to AC while raging is pretty significant (especially when limited to medium armors), maybe consider the Dodge feat? I just don't like the Reckless Abandon rage power though; Furious Focus is a less-debilitating way to overcome the Power Attack penalty, in my opinion. Extra damage dice are a fun way to hurt just a bit more -look at the Elemental rage powers, or Vital Strike feats.
The Indomitable Faith trait gives a +1 to Will saves. Also, the Raging Vitality feat will add to the hp pool and retain the rage hp while unconscious. I also recommend Raging Brutality (prereq BAB +12), for sheer damage output.
If the barbarian is having trouble "actually hitting things" with that amount of strength + rage, I'm curious at the challenge rating a 15pt buy character is squaring up against. Ah well. Might be time to invest in Str-Con belts and buffing potions!
Anyway, just some suggestions. Good luck.

You want the feat Raging Vitality, it makes the raging con bonus +6 as well as you dont drop rage when unconcious.
As far as traits go Veteran of Battle is a good one, +1 to initiative and you can draw your weapon for free if you get to act in a suprise round. Optimistic Gambler gives you 1d4 extra rounds on every morale bonus (rage is morale bonus). World Travewler is kinda nice as it lets you pick up Diplomacy which is always useful (even on a barbarian)

you don't meet the pre-reqs for increased DR...
i like that you raised dex and took combat reflexes, maybe think about taking a reach weapon (like bardiche) to maximize the free attacks.
also, in my experience, strength surge is not as good as it sounds. it looks like your taking it for sunder, but i'm not sure sunder is a good choice... it can make fights easier but it also destroys valuable magic items that should be getting used to improve yourself and your allies. consider trading imp. sunder for toughness (for extra survivability) or furious focus (for better chance to hit) and dropping str surge- that would let you take superstitious normally instead of with a feat and (thereby) free up another feat; with that feat you could take the other feat previously mentioned, or pick up iron will to further help your save, or you could use it to pick up the Animal Fury rage power (which would allow you to threaten/attack adjacent opponents if you do switch to a reach weapon).
