I'm having trouble figuring this out.
Let's say I'm a wizard or an Arcane-blooded sorcerer with Arcane Bond.
If I'm not proficient with, say, a greatsword, do I incur a -4 penalty to ranged touch attacks made with it in hand?
Does a +1 enhancement bonus on said weapon apply to my ranged touch attacks?
If I were to take weapon focus for said weapon, would that add a +1 to ranged touch attacks made while I'm holding it?
Sorry if this has been asked before. I did a bit of sifting through the threads, but I couldn't find anything on it really. Thank you in advance for anyone who chooses to answer this.

If you are using your hand for the ranged touch you take have modifiers.
Does a +1 enhancement bonus on said weapon apply to my ranged touch attacks?
No, only to the swords attacks.

NO

Simple, Martial, and Exotic Weapons: "A character who uses a weapon with which he is not proficient takes a –4 penalty on attack rolls."
If you're not using the greatsword (making attacks with it) then the non-proficiency penalty is irrelevant.
Especially true since you're probably not even holding it in both hands, you're probably just holding it in one hand so that your other hand is free for somatic/material components.
Does a +1 enhancement bonus on said weapon apply to my ranged touch attacks?
Magic Weapons: "Magic weapons have enhancement bonuses ranging from +1 to +5. They apply these bonuses to both attack and damage rolls when used in combat."
"When used in combat" means it only applies to attacks made with that weapon. If it worked otherwise, you would have crazy things like people putting a +1 arrow in their pocket to get a bonus with all their other weapons.
If I were to take weapon focus for said weapon, would that add a +1 to ranged touch attacks made while I'm holding it?
Weapon Focus (Combat): "Benefit: You gain a +1 bonus on all attack rolls you make using the selected weapon."
A ranged touch attack is not being made with the greatsword, so weapon focus (greatsword) will not apply. (However, you could take weapon focus (ray) and that would apply to ranged touch attacks made to deliver ray spells)

Unless you have a suicidal urge to play fighter. emphasis on the "suicidal. You've got no reason to make a greatsword your arcane bond.
Think of the arcane bond as a standard magic item with the following two (and only these two differences)
1. You saved on having the item creation feat to make it.
2. It gives you one free spell out of your spell book per day.
That's it... those two exhaust the complete set of differences between your arcane bond and your standard item... save for number 3 below.
3. You're going to have a bit of a spellcasting problem if your bond gets lost or destroyed.

Also you get a masterwork one for free, it repairs itself overnight, it only works (magically) when you're holding it, and you have to be holding it or wearing it to cast without a concentration check.
