First off, where can I find it? I know I can buy it on the paizo website, I just find juggling so many PDFs annoying, if someone can point me at a full one to download, I'm stil going to buy all the parts from paizo (want to support the company). Also, what exactly is the campaign about? Is it pirates? What are the most common enemies? I know it's greyhawk and have played in age of worms and shackled city so far. Any info is appreciated.

You can find Savage Tide in Dungeon Magazine, issues 139-150. Most of them are available as PDFs, but perhaps not all of them, so you will have to check that first.
I have put the campaign info under a spoiler button:
This is a very varied and exciting campaign and I hope that it is still available. It is also very complex, so be sure to read through all the adventures before you run it. There is also a lot of interesting information about it on this forum.
Good luck!

Luna has given you a good overveiw of the campaign. More answers should probabaly be in answer to more specific questions. I will simply add that it is inmy opinion the best "Dungeon" adventure path. Which is saying something as age of worms was good. It has good roleplaying, a variety of opponants and some memorable big baddies. I am only on 5 of 12 and am converting to pathfinder like crazy

Luna's outline is pretty much spot on, and I agree that ST is a really good AP (the only other AP I've run is the original Runelords).
My tips are as follows :
- Read the whole thing thoroughly before starting, the later adventures provide lots to ways to flesh out the earlier adventures and it's a shame to miss out on that
- Read this forum, there is so much good stuff here to add to the campaign
- Convert to PF as much as possible

Only the first issue is available in PDF. Paizo's license to create PDFs expired before PDFs of later issues could be created (I vaguely remember something about Paizo could only make/sell PDFs of back-issues after the physical copy had been released for a year of somesuch).
Given that, you'll have to find physical copies. Most are still available at Paizo, but a few are sold out so you'll have to get them from another source. Also, there is no "full one to download." Neither Paizo nor WOTC released a full download, so any such thing you find is pirated.
Read the whole thing. It can be complicated. That said, it's quite fun. My group really enjoyed it.
