I love things on Amazon that get amazing reviews.

Kind of like the reviews you used to be able to read for Paula Dean's buttered peas recipe (literally just heat a can of peas and some butter in a pan until they are hot) or Rachel Rae's ice cubes recipe. I think the Paula Dean page got scrubbed.

I have a problem with this product. I prefer the Hybridized Cavendish which is a long and straight banana and thus does not conform to the short curved shape of this product's cutting aperture. To make matters worse they occasionally come as Siamese twins...so a double banana is twice the problem.

Personally, I love how, in "Product Adds from External Sites" you have three other banana slicers, a woodchipper (I can see the relation, if vague) and... a stuffed fox.

Also, under "Customers who viewed this product also viewed", you have the pathetic excuse for a banana cutter. Man, I sure am glad we have Hutzler to tell us what's right!
