Not much that hasn't been covered elsewhere.

But the first thing I have seen with my two playtests I have going is that "Dual Talent" is very popular. Perhaps that is not a big deal, but a lot of my players are grabbing it.

It does not bother me as I am a fan of multi classing but perhaps for the purists it is something to think about.

Perhaps make a player be at least Mythic Tier 3 before it can be selected?

The lesser trials bother me. Especially the having to choose in the morning what you are going for that day. Against my better judgement I am not using that during the test. It is just too much to think about and I think will encourage reckless play.

Silver Crusade

Dual Path is a very nice feat and I dare say that it is almost mandatory for certain concepts. Of course we don't have to full number of path abilities yet, so that dependency my lessen somewhat with more choices in you path.
That said it takes up one of your valuable mythic feat slots, and that delays access to very good feats like mythic Arcane Strike and mythic Power Attack. Dual Focus could almost double your mythic power at tier 1. I really don't think it's necessary to add a tier requirement.

While I am really not a fan of the lesser trials (for the same reasons you stated and more), since they are based on your choice of path it could be quite relevant which path you take.

Example: a Rogue5/Wizard1 wants to pick abilities from the Tickster and Archmage paths. If he chooses Trickster he can't try the Archmage trials (Beyond Powerfull could be a cheap way to restore mythic power) and vice versa.
