Anyone that can help, I would like some assistance.

Is the only way to increase your Primary Statistics on your caravan by taking the "Enhanced Caravan" feat?

Yes, that and there are some Story Awards that may add a permanent raise ... though that might have been Ad Hoc presented by my GM.
