I'm fairly sure the answer to this is yes but I'd like to double check (this would be for PFS play).
Specifically I'm looking at building a Nagaji Naga Aspirant Druid (I have a boon to play a Nagaji in PFS).
As part of the Naga Aspirant archetype they gain the rather interesting ability to add one from a list of spells from 0 to level 4 to their class spell list (since as divine prepared casters they don't have a spellbook or "spells known"). Many of these spells are pretty interesting options for a druid - spells they usually don't have access to (Mage Armor, fireball, greater invisibility and many many more).
Since in PFS 1st level wands (in particular) are easily available I'm curious if this character would be able to use such wands w/o UMD (provided he has chosen those spells to add to his spell list?)
(in PFS wands aren't divine or arcane but usable usually by any class that could cast the given spell)
If this was a home game I'd definitely allow a player who has added spells via such an archetype to use wands - however as far as I know in PFS another similar case does not allow you to use spell - specifically Clerics can't use wands of their domain spells (unless those spells are already on the cleric spell list)

so the distinction is that Clerical domains don't actually add spells to the spell list but rather make a spell available in specific ways for a character.
What about:
- bloodline spells for sorcerers?
- witch patron spells (seem to clearly add spells to list of spells known - as a DM I'd let a witch use wands of such spells but I'm not entirely certain of the RAW on this
- spells added to lists of known spells due to feats or class abilities that allow for spells from another class to be added/learned? Or spells added due to a magic item?
