Four arms and two weapons

Rules Questions

I was considering playing a Summoner in my next Pathfinder campaign, and I decided that I wanted my Eidolon to be a a four-armed giant (the character being a Gnome with a height complex).

Well, I thought to myself: If it has four arms, then shouldn't it be able to wield two two-handed weapons?

As far as I can tell, it should work. That said, how would that work, exactly? I would assume that it would work like usual two-weapon wielding as far as feats and the like, and it would gain all the bonuses from two-weapon wielding as well. However, as this isn't exactly something that happens often, and thus there are no rules for it (that I can find) I can't be sure of any of this. Does anyone know of anything that could help me with this?

I've talked to a few other people about this, and generally I get back the 'two-handed weapons don't work that way' argument, but I stopped applying the restrictions of biology to my characters when the ability to shoot fire from your hands became a feat available to a commoner. (It would have to be incredibly high level, but it could happen.)

So, what's the RAW on this? Four armed monsters have been around in fantasy gaming long enough, I would think that someone has come up with the idea of a Machamp dual-wielding great swords.

Use Sawtooth Sabres.
They count as light weapons for the purposes of two-weapon fighting penalties, but as One-handed weapons, they can be wielded with two hands for more damage.

You would need to get the Eidolon the Multiweapon Fighting feat, rather than Two-Weapon Fighting, but otherwise it should work.

As long as you are wielding only two weapons you should should be able too use the two weapon fighting feats. But that's the cool things about eidolons they can duel wield weapons whilst getting 7 secondary natural attacks (better with dragon ferocity and feral combat training for full strength) whilst also having a shield and a hand free for crane style.

I always assumed that to mean this feat replaces two weapon fighting for creatures with more than two weapons but I suppose your right.

If you're dual-wielding two two-handed weapons, do both weapons do 1.5x STR, or is it regular STR for the first and .5 for the off-hand as normal for two weapon fighting?

With someone using Jotun Grip, it would be like usual. But, in the case of a creature like this one... Well, that's partly why I asked the question to begin with.

You would do 1.5 times your strength on both and can full power attack with both.

However, keep in mind that as a summoner you will be much much stronger than anyone else in your party. Campaigns will be difficult as either you will have an extremely easy time or your allies won't be useful.

Make sure you handicap yourself. Getting to Two weapon Fight while using 2 handed weapons isn't a good spot to start.

I don't know that that's strictly true.

"Double Slice (Combat)
Your off-hand weapon while dual-wielding strikes with greater power.

Prerequisite: Dex 15, Two-Weapon Fighting.

Benefit: Add your Strength bonus to damage rolls made with your off-hand weapon.

Normal: You normally add only half of your Strength modifier to damage rolls made with a weapon wielded in your off-hand."

It doesn't specify a weapon type, only that it be a weapon wielded in your off hand.

Also:
"Power Attack (Combat)
You can make exceptionally deadly melee attacks by sacrificing accuracy for strength.

Prerequisites: Str 13, base attack bonus +1.

Benefit: You can choose to take a –1 penalty on all melee attack rolls and combat maneuver checks to gain a +2 bonus on all melee damage rolls. This bonus to damage is increased by half (+50%) if you are making an attack with a two-handed weapon, a one handed weapon using two hands, or a primary natural weapon that adds 1-1/2 times your Strength modifier on damage rolls. This bonus to damage is halved (–50%) if you are making an attack with an off-hand weapon or secondary natural weapon. When your base attack bonus reaches +4, and every 4 points thereafter, the penalty increases by –1 and the bonus to damage increases by +2. You must choose to use this feat before making an attack roll, and its effects last until your next turn. The bonus damage does not apply to touch attacks or effects that do not deal hit point damage."

Again, doesn't care about weapon type, just notes that the base bonus is halved for a weapon wielded in your off-hand.
