A Suggestion for Additional Mythic Abilities

Has there been discussion about targeting the racial abilities of creatures as far as mythic abilities? Demihumans whose senses are even sharper than their kin, spell-like abilities that can be used more often or to greater effect, gnomes who can talk to burrowing animals at will, dragons whose breath weapon is more potent or versatile, that kind of thing?

Possibly even extending those existing abilities to an entirely new tier?
