I have a question about the Orange prism Ion Stone.
If I have a 13 level Mystic Theurge, who has 3 levels of cleric, 3 levels of Wizard, and 7 levels of Mystic Theurge.
From what I understand this mystic theurge would be a 10 level caster for cleric and wizard.
Would the Orange Prism Ion stone bost my characters caster up to 11 level? would that then enable him to cast 6th level spells?
Thanks

an increase of your caster level does not gain you extra spell slots if you are not of the appropriate character level to cast them.
It only affects variables that depend on caster level.
You can cast a spell at a lower caster level than normal, but the caster level you choose must be high enough for you to cast the spell in question, and all level-dependent features must be based on the same caster level.
In the event that a class feature or other special ability provides an adjustment to your caster level, that adjustment applies not only to effects based on caster level (such as range, duration, and damage dealt), but also to your caster level check to overcome your target's spell resistance and to the caster level used in dispel checks (both the dispel check and the Dc of the check).
for example
I'm a 5/3 sorcerer/Dragon Disciple and I have an Orange Prism Ioun Stone.
My Dragon Disciple levels add 2 to my existing spell casting class, so my effective sorcerer level is 7, and this is the same as my caster level.
Once i equip the Ioun Stone my caster level increases by 1. My sorcerer levels, however, remain unchanged. What this means is, my fireball spell will do 8D6 damage instead of only 7d6.
this also comes into play whenever something references your caster level, IE magical item creation.
This is the same for the trait Magical Knack
potentially a useful trait to look into, if you're planning a blaster sorcerer / Dragon Disciple, if you take 8 levels of DD then your caster level for breaching spell resistance is equal to your character level.
the Ioun stone is probably a bit better for the mystic theurge though. due to it not being tied to a class.
so, now that you've read all that, short answer No it doesn't give you access to new spells. Caster level only modifies things like Breaching SR, and variables within the spells.

Thank you Kantas, my PFS character, a mystic Theurge, is actually 14 level, so he is just getting into 6th level spells.
For me that is pretty hight level and i am not terribly familiar with sixth level spells, but that is another kettle of fish.
So yes I think the ion stone will be very useful for my character.

Yes, James has said that the Orange Ioun Stone and Magical Knack don't stack.
However, IF your GM uses the guild rules with eclectic training and esoteric training from inner sea magic... you could go Wizard 6 / Cleric 4 with your +3 class going Cleric and your +1 class going Wizard giving you double 9s in both.
I've got a lvl 3 Cleric that I'm seriously considering going into MT with, just to get the practical knowledge of it's ins and outs to write an effective guide. And if your GM won't allow guild rules, it will be a pretty hard climb.
P.S.: Don't forget to focus on spells without a somatic component so that you aren't failing 30% of the time:
Go here and set the somatic line to 0. This will give you a list of the 78 no-somatic spells... Cheers!
