Do these Inquisitor abilities stack

From the 'Conversion' inquisition:
Charm of Wisdom (Ex): You use your Wisdom modifier instead of your Charisma modifier when making Bluff, Diplomacy, and Intimidate checks.

From the 'Infiltrator' archetype:
At 1st level, the infiltrator’s will is bent toward subterfuge and deception. She adds her Wisdom modifier on Bluff and Diplomacy skill checks in addition to the normal ability score modifiers.

Do these stack?

If they do then I have a pretty nice party face.

Yes.
My Inquisitor does something similar with the Heretic archetype and the Heresy Inquisition.

I'd say yes, as the Infiltrator has the line "IN ADDITION to the normal ability mod" and while the normal ability mod would be charisma, the Conversion Inquisition lets you use Wisdom INSTEAD OF Charisma.

But I have been wrong from time to time so =)
