I really like the white haired witch fluff, but it´s pretty hard to put something up with them.
My idea is to take 3 levels of staff magus and the 2 wand arcana or maybe staff arcana later. Then go white haired witch and take final embrace.
If you now play a sylph and take two racial feats you can fly at level 9 and just attack someone with you hair and reach, spellcombat them with your spells and wands or trip and grapple and still have your hands free to do somehting else.
Onyl im not sure about the spells and how it all interacts.
ANy opinions, recommendations, tipps?

You won't be able to use spell combat with witch spells unless you have the arcana though that requires 7 levels (or something close to that) of magus.
Though you can use your hair to touch things and channel your magus spells through it normally.
Seems like a cool build, but I suspect the mechanics wouldn't support its viability.

The hexcrafter magus would allow you to take the witch fluff. A second magus arcana can get you a familiar if you really want one. There is a 3rd party product The Super Genius Guide to New Magus Arcana, that would allow you to add a couple additional witch spells to your list. This is a way better option functionally then splitting between magus and witch.

Actually i want the white hair from the white-haired witch archetype. I think it´s supercool fluff and to roleplay. It´s just like out of the Chinese Ghost Story movies which i really love.
The normal witch hex prehensile hair is too limited somehow to be a main weapon or feature i think and the white-haired witch gets a bigger reach.
I think this should be accessible for a magus or sorcerer, would be supercool. Even for bards, anything with a better BAB than a witch.

This thread has a similar combo discussed for the majority of it. It also has Str ranger's guide for it The second build lists the whole build and how to use it.
Basically, you dip into witch to get the hair, then hex crafter magus for your magic and a load of sweet hexes. It focuses heavily on disabling your opponents with various conditions in one turn. It might be particularly be nice for your theme if I am reading your title right. You wanted winter witch too, right? Unfortunately, I don't think they can go together by raw, but your GM might waive that if you ditch the endure elements bit that conflicts. But this would still carry the cold theme since your spell strike would focus on ice spells with the rimed spell metamagic feat to entangle your target.
Also, you can get up to three natural attacks per full attack with spell combat, spell strike, and haste arcana. Since it does damage from your Int bonus, you can get it rather high. You also mentioned staff magus. Might be a bad move, since that would make your natural attack have a -5 penalty during a full attack. You could make that -2 with multiattack, but that would need you to have two more natural attacks, thus weakening your hair's str (int) bonus to damage from x1.5 to just x1. Just using your hair for attack would be best. You eventually can wear heavy armor as well without arcane spell failure chance at higher levels.
Your witch spells and familiar are unfortunately just put into your bag and forgotten until you need to spend 15 minutes to get an extra spell from the witch's slots. You can make your familiar a bit better with familiar arcana and improved familiar, but over all it will be forgotten. The guide does only go to level 15 though, so go wild if you want, I guess.
