Ever play munchkin?
I was designing a character that had a lot of abilities that did stuff like +4ac -1ab, -2AC +reach, -1ac +6dam, etc.
If I hadn't hit snags on the design, I'd have made flashcards like in munchkin, and then as each ability gets activated I'd have flipped it up and 'put it into play'. Then at a glance I could tell what was active and what I needed to add/subtract.

I guess my first question is why are you keeping track of everyone elses bonuses? If you are dealing with very young ones I'd understand, otherwise people should have everything on their character sheet (plenty of free ones with multiple boxes for bonuses to be written in next to base stats). As a gm if something wonky comes up they should be able to point to it on the sheet and hand it to you with maybe a 'add this bonus from potion/spell/etc.'

I do the math before the game ever starts, listing only the sums on my character sheet.
That way, I end up with a nice, orderly stat block like this one. Helps to not slow down the game with finger counting or scrap paper scribbling or calculator punching.

Of course it would be Riko...
But this is what I do as well. Though since I usually use Dyslexic Studios sheets which makes it a bit harder. Usually I supplement those sheets with a Printout with my feat effects on it.
Though I have tried using a Stat Block Based mini-sheet my group made...
I don't recommend it for PCs.
