How much does it cost to make a weapon that is larger sized than medium? All i can find is what is listed for unusual sized armor. Is this what we use for weapons as well? For example a medium sized longsword cost 15 gp and weighs 4lb. Would a huge sized longsword cost 60 gp and weigh 20 lb? And what if it is made of special material. Do you add that bonus cost before or after the multiplication for the size difference? Would the masterwork price be effected and what about magicing the weapon? I know some of the questions may seem to have obvious answers but i ask them anyways just to make sure we are all on the same page. If there are any question that you think need to be included in this line of questioning feel free to ask so we have it all on one thread.

As the only reference in the Core Rulebook that I can find says that Large weapons cost double the amount of Medium or Small I think it would be fair to say a Huge weapon would cost 3X what a Medium would cost.
As for the Masterwork and Magical options I don't think they change any according to size. The size of the weapon has little to no effect on the cost of making it masterwork or enhancing it. If you wanted to take the increased amount of material into account then raise the cost of making it masterwork or enhancing it by 10%.
Just my 2 cp. I could be wrong.

Well the reason I used x4 is because of the Table:Armor for Unusual Creatures. It matches with what you said that large is x2. I am very torn however in that I think that for special materials the cost should be added together then after the size modifier should be multiplied to the medium cost. I say this because it just makes sense in that you need that much more material to make the weapon so you need to pay for more of it. So a masterwork medium adamantine longsword should cost 3015gp a huge one would cost 12060gp. I do not want it to be this way though because that is just silly for a simple masterwork weapon so the cost should include skill and space and tools necessary as well. I like your idea of a percent raise but maybe it should be a bit modified in that the cost is a percent based on the multiplier. So Large would be 120%, Huge would be 140%, Gargantuan would be 180%. So for said sword Large= 3618gp, Huge= 4221gp, and Gargantuan= 5427gp.
