What would be the best combination for an Enchanter based character? This would be for a PF game, only Paizo products, level 3, 3 traits and 25pt build.
I was considering a gnomish wizard to start with, though I'm open to other options.

Kitsune Sorcerer is quite nice for enchanting. Kitsune gives +1 Enchantment DC's, and the alternate favored class bonus gives an additional +1 for every four levels.

Rakshasa Tiefling Sorcerer with the the infernal Bloodline makes a beastly enchanter. I have 4 characters right now and he is by far my favorite to play.
After looking at all the options for the enchanter, and I really haven't found that many of them, I'm wondering if a Witch that specializes in their slumber hex may be better in the long run. Slumber just seems so powerful along with the other hexes that make it ahrder and harder to resist. Thoughts and opinions?
It doesn't seem like enchanters and illusionsist are as viable as they used to be.
