Deflective Shield states "He gains a +1 bonus to his touch AC, and this bonus increases for every four levels beyond 2nd (to a maximum of +6 at 20th level); however, this bonus cannot exceed the sum of the armor and enhancement bonus to AC provided by the shield that the armor master is currently carrying."
It may seem like a no-brainer question but would the Shield Focus +1 count towards the max of +6???
+1 from a shield and +1 from Shield Focus= +2, which in turn =+2 to touch AC??? Am I correct on this?

Probably a no brainer Armor Master Question...
"Armored Defenses: At 5th level, an armor master gains DR 1/— when wearing light armor, DR 2/— when wearing medium armor, and DR 3/— when wearing heavy armor. At 19th level, this damage reduction increases to DR 4/— when wearing light armor, DR 8/— when wearing medium armor, and DR 12/— when wearing heavy armor. This damage reduction stacks with that provided by adamantine armor, but not with other forms of damage reduction. This damage reduction does not apply if the armor master is stunned, unconscious, or helpless."
"Stoneskin: The warded creature gains resistance to blows, cuts, stabs, and slashes. The subject gains DR 10/adamantine. It ignores the first 10 points of damage each time it takes damage from a weapon, though an adamantine weapon bypasses the reduction. Once the spell has prevented a total of 10 points of damage per caster level (maximum 150 points), it is discharged."
If I have a 5th level Armor Master in full plate (3/-), but also have Stone Skin (10/adamantine), do they stack even though Stoneskin is a spell, not actual armor, which is what I assume the Armored Defense ability was meant for ?

I believe the way that I would make the call on your damage resistance is that you take the better of the two kind of. If you are wearing adamantine full plate you would have DR6/- and DR10/adamantine from stone skin. If the fighter is hit for 20 damage I would reduce the damage to 10 damage taken. I would then apply 4 damage to the total allowed by stone skin as I believe the DR from the armor would come into play first then the remainder of the DR from the stone skin would take place.
Just my $.02 so take it with a grain of salt.
