I would raise strength more. When you charge and do times 3 damage the strenght gets times too. With ride by attack you can move out of the way often so things will hit you less allowing you to drop str and dex more. Plus I am nto sure what you need int 13 for yet.
If this is for PFS I would go with full cavalier so you can get the boon for an axe beak. it gets reach and with ride by provokes as they approach after the ride by.
