Two-Weapon Fighting and a High BAB

Rules Questions

I have a lvl 17 two blade ranger.

He is using a katana and a sickle.

I have 4 attacks with my katana and 3 with my sickle.
My katana's bonus' is 23,18,13,8
My sickle's bonus' is 22,17,12

My question is, If i make a full attack action - how do I actually attack.

first attack with katana at 23
second attack with sickle at at 22 or 17
third attack with katana at 18 or 13

In any order you want as long as you declare it.

Your Katana makes four attacks at +23/28/13/8 AND your Sickle makes three attacks at +22/17/12.

This is not quite true.

You must make your attacks gained from base attack bonus in order from highest to lowest.

You may, however, choose which of your two weapons to attack with first.

Example using numbers from above:
1st attacks - katana at +23 and sickle at +22 in your preferred order.
2nd attacks - katana at +18 and sickle at +17 in your preferred order.
3rd attacks - katana at +13 and sickle at +12 in your preferred order.
4th attack - katana at +8.

If you get multiple attacks because your base attack bonus is high enough, you must make the attacks in order from highest bonus to lowest. If you are using two weapons, you can strike with either weapon first.

So you make your attacks in order of highest attack bonus to lowest attack bonus. I honesty have no clue what they meant with the second sentence in that quote, though; I suspect that it's author forgot that two different weapons can also have two different bonuses to hit.

So your full attack would look like: +23 (katana)/+22 (sickle)/+18 (katana)/+17 (sickle)/+13 (katana)/+12 (sickle)/+8 (katana)/+7 (sickle).

It is there because the only thing that determines order of attack is difference specifically in BAB, not total attack modifiers - so while the attack totals on your two different weapons might be different, you get to choose which to attack with first because they have the same BAB included in their modifier figuring.
