Is a Sage / Orc-Sorcerer with Kirin Strike viable?

Advice

I thought about building him with 2 levels of MoMS and Magical Knack and focused on Vampiric Touch with Wayang Spell Hunter and Reach Spell.
What do you think?

so, no? :D

RAW you can't do a Sage/Orc sorcerer because crossblooded and wildblooded don't mix.

We play homebrew and it's allowed to take wildblooded and crossblooded together.
Hitting things with a Reach Vampiric Touch for 5d6+21 seems ok to me. The spell is cast with 26 INT (+2 race, +4 item, +2 Level, +1 middle aged) and Spell Specialization at level 8. With empower and maximize even more at later levels.

average of 40 damage at level 8 is viable. Its not fantastic, not mounted lancer or barbarian type damage, or even optimised blaster.

An optimized blaster would probably have acidic scorching rays at CL11 for 12d6+28.

a mounted lancer does 3d8+48 or so as a standard ride by attack, and can do so all day.

just examples of level 8 damage.
