So Forgotten Realms had Undermountain, Oerth had Castle Greyhawk and Maure Castle. There is Rappan Athuk (which is awesome btw, any lover of huge dungeons should pick it up asap) and the Worlds Largest Dungeon.
Is there anything in the works for a Golarion/Pathfinder mega dungeon? My nominee would be the dungeons below Kaer Maga.
Just a note, Rappan Athuk weighed in at a reasonable $99 which is essentially an entire campaign from 1st to 20+. I would easily pay a similar price for a treatment of any super pathfinder RPG dungeon. Especially in Varisia and perhaps with an appearance by another Runelord.

Stating the obvious, Rappan Athuk can be dropped into Golarion. Heck, change the deity names and knightly order and it fits almost seemlessly.
My understanding is that Paizo wouldn't mind doing a mega dungeon, but they want to see, among other things, how well the mainly dungeon crawish Shattered Star AP does.
Kaer Maga would be a great place for a mega dungeon. Outlines for various mega dungeons can be found in Dungeons of Golarion. in the Campaign setting line.

Dungeons of Golarion really is your best starting point. It details half a dozen or so mega dungeons, but goes nowhere near giving you more than 1 level of details. Thornkeep is a forthcoming 'big' dungeon 5 diverse levels deep, but is probably a smaller scope than you were hoping for.
I really don't think producing a mega dungeon product would fit well with Paizo's 90 page count general rule. A mega dungeon released like an AP would be nice though.

Well, there's the Emerald Spire 128-page superdungeon that's currently a reward for backing the Pathfinder Online MMO. I just gave them $15 for the PDF.
