I'm not entirely familiar with this character except from reruns of the superfriends as a child. Besides being undead and strength, are there any defining character traits? I seem to remember what would basically equate to a barbarian.
Weirdly, since undead do not have constitutions, and charisma serves in its stead. So going on the general principle that barbarians should get as much hp as possible, that would mean that it would end in the weird situation of having our berzerker zombie to be more swauve than James Bond, no?
Well, since you seem to have access to the Creating New Races guide, I'll suggest that weird "half-undead" special subtype ? Just add it to human, subtract the bonus feat, and done.
There's a old 3.0 Dungeon article with half-undead. One of them is a half-zombie. Played one, kind cool.
