Let me apologize in advance if this has been answered elsewhere previously; I've searched through the messageboard repeatedly and have yet to find a clear and definitive answer. I appreciate your patience in possibly revisiting this yet again (or pointing to me an already existing answer).
Can a magus use his spellstrike class feature to deliver multiple chill touch charges with his iterative melee attacks in the same round to the same target?
If the magus confirms a critical hit during one or more of those iterative attacks, is the negative energy damage rolled twice and the Strength damage doubled?
Can the magus deliver these charges both through his hand as a melee touch attack and with spellstike through his melee weapon in the same round or must he choose a single delivery method for all charges of the spell?

Yes. he can only do this in the same round when used in conjunction with Spell Combat.

Yes.

Yes. Again, he must use it in conjunction with Spell Combat in order to get the spell off and multiple attacks in the same round.

I stand corrected:
"Spells and Critical Hits: A spell that requires an attack roll can score a critical hit. A spell attack that requires no attack roll cannot score a critical hit. If a spell causes ability damage or drain (see Special Abilities), the damage or drain is doubled on a critical hit."
I now agree with all of Raving Dork's answers.
I am too often fooled by memories of older editions (in this case, I think 3.0's Tome and Blood).

If a level 2+ magus casts chill touch, holds the charge, then full-attacks next round, each of those attacks can be used to deliver the spell via Spellstrike.
You don't get the free attack from casting, but as long as you've got 'touches' left, you can deliver them.

This is inaccurate. If a magus gets multiple attacks in a round, via haste, high level iterative attacks, or free touch attack (applied through the weapon with spellstrike) during a spell combat action, then he discharges a charge through his weapon via spellstrike for every attack that hits during that round. That is, it doesn't have to be the same round he cast the spell in order to discharge multiple charges, it can occur in any round where he has multiple attacks and multiple charges remaining.
