[LPJ Design] Organized Play NeoExodus Legacies: Campaign Setting (PFRPG) Now available
Louis Porter Jr. Design has released its sourcebook for their NeoExodus Organized Play line, NeoExodus Legacies: Campaign Setting (PFRPG). Here is information on NeoExodus Legacies: Campaign Setting (PFRPG):
NeoExodus is a world wracked by war and intrigue for centuries after the population broke the yoke of the First Ones. For the past 2,000 years, the nations of Exodus have fought each other. NeoExodus is a world where exploration, politics, and adventure go hand in hand. Choose your allies carefully. You may need to call upon them, as they will call upon you. Be equally careful choosing your enemies – for the same reasons! The world of Exodus needs heroes…
Designed for organized play, NeoExodus Legacies aims to put your characters in the thick of the action, giving you the power to shape the world and influence events. What your character does matters and influences the world and the campaign. A number of special interactive adventures give your character opportunities to interact and influence both NPCs and events alike. NPCs in NeoExodus are not static. Through narratives, campaign updates and the adventures themselves, NPCs and the plot change beyond the current adventure. How your character reacts to them is up to you.
This document introduces the rules on how you may play in the worldwide campaign NeoExodus Legacies, set in the world of Exodus. It contains what you need to create characters and information on how to be a game master of NeoExodus events. It also details the unique aspects of the campaign.
In addition, this sourcebook includes:
• Campaign Basics & History of the World
• Character Creation
• Patrons
• Rules of Organized Play
• Game Master and Dealing with the Scenarios
• Purchasing Equipment
• The Legacy Records
• Additional Resource for NeoExodus Legacies
• Come in two version: Standard for print out; and Lite for mobile devices and tablets.

Interesting, I'm going to look at this and see what players in my area think.
The only thing I see, under Cavians I see severed referenced several places but no rules for what the Severed alternate trait does. Is it just a title, do they lose Hive Mind, what?
I think it's probably referring to the Independent alternate racial trait found in the actual campaign setting book. I might be wrong as their is a separate Cavian book written before the campaign book.

Yes you can have either Severed or Hive Mind. Thess traits are from the NeoExodus: A House Divided Campaign Book. Hope this helps.

I have a question regarding Psionics (which is itself related to the concept of the Cavian I would like to create).
Page 6 of the Campaign guide lists the classes alloweable to play. I wont repeat the list however I noted that no Psionic classes were listed. However the last line of Step 4 states that : 'Additional rule options are found in the Additional Resources section'.
Turning to that part of the campaign guide, page 20 lists the things not usuable from Dreamscarred's (wonderful btw) Psionics Unleashed. It does not state that any classes from here are not available.
Now If I want to build my Cavian Psion.. that is legal right?

I will see if I can help you, but I will get our creative Director, JP Chapleau to confirm this.

At this time, there are no psionic classes. But, of course, this will be changing over time when we start adapting more material to the organized play.

The is a Psionic Cavian version of the race created by Jeremy Smith of Dreamscarred Press so you could play in NeoExodus. Hope this helps and I will get JP to confirm all of this. Thanks for the interest in NeoExodus Legacies.

Well with MORE good news, we just had our 1,000th download of NeoExodus Legacies: Campaign Setting (PFRPG) in less than ONE WEEK!!! We always knew there was an interest for NeoExodus as an Pathfinder based organized play but this blows away what we expected. Thanks to everyone who downloaded a copy and is enjoying playing NeoExodus Legacies at their home game. We could not have done this without you. Expect to see more adventures and sourcebook supporting this in the very near future.
