Yes, even more.

Cook People turns bodies into delicious (but evil) magical food. Does the food need to be eaten immediately to have effect, or can it be saved for later? If it can be saved, what's its shelf-life?

What's the range on Ward and Water Lung?

Forced Reincarnation says 'Those that fail are slain and immediately brought back to life with the spell reincarnate.' But the spell Reincarnate says:

Quote:
The magic of the spell creates an entirely new young adult body for the soul to inhabit from the natural elements at hand. This process takes 1 hour to complete. When the body is ready, the subject is reincarnated.

So, how long does it take to reincarnate the victim?

And regardless of how long it takes, does this mean the reincarnatee will be naked with their old corpse right next to them? (If so, a possibly-useful way to disarm a blinged-out foe.)

Oh, and can a witch use Forced Reincarnation on themselves?

The shelf life is as for normal food I would imagine. Since there is nothing saying otherwise. (Which , btw, makes this a very , VERY strong hex).

I would assume touch to be the range for Ward and Water Lung but I could be wrong. Something to be errata'ed I think.

Forced Reincarnation: The specific wording of the hex would overwrite the spell I would think. So they have a new body immideately.

And yes this means they will be naked nearby. Lower a level too. Technically I suppose the witch could target himself, but why would he? He'd be coming back as who knows what with a level gone.

Because witches don't get the 'immortality' discovery.

Dark Archive

If a hex doesn't specify a range then it defaults to 30 ft like all other hexes.

More Forced Reincarnation questions! yaaay.

What happens if you use Forced Reincarnation on an Aberration or an Animal? Do they come back as the same species?
How about an Outsider? Instant-death, no effect at all, or...?

For a humanoid creature, the new incarnation is determined using the table below. For nonhumanoid creatures, a similar table of creatures of the same type should be created.

The spell works for all creatures but you (or your GM) have to create a new incarnation list for animals, outsider etc.

The easiest way is to take a look in the Bestiary, chose the related monster group (outsider) and count the monsters with a CR equal or less to your reincarnated creature. Then roll a dice ..
