Arcane Training - 0 Level Empyreal Sorcerer

I am making a Half-Elven Zen Archer raised by Idylkin. I decided to have the character take Arcane Training instead of Multi-Talented. Since I have a 10 (Or less) in both Int and Cha, I was considering using Empyreal Sorcerer as my Bloodline. This fits with the Agathon Blooded I think

The question is this. Do I define the character's Bloodline before taking a level in the class, since the Bloodline affects which stat I am using for casting? Or am I stuck with crappy stats trying to use Scrolls and Wands until I take a level in the class?

You don't get a class feature until you take a level in that class. Wis-casting is part of the Bloodline Arcana, so if you don't have that Bloodline Arcana then you can't use Wis for casting.

Note this only really applies for scrolls, since you need the requisite ability score. Wands have no stat requirement, so since you count as a level 1 sorcerer, you can use any sorcerer wand with no problems.

Good enough. I was doing it anyway, but wanted to confirm whether I could look at using Scrolls we run across, or was limited to wands.
