Sivanah Illusionist + Blood Money

Rules Questions

According to Gods and Magic Illusionist servants of Sivanah can use their Shadow Conjuration spells to cast conjuration (healing) spells.

Sivanah (The Seventh Veil): Sivanah’s illusionists may
become priests of the church, and their shadow conjuration
spells can duplicate conjuration (healing) spells. Veiled
witches of Irrisen have been seen in Razmiran, perhaps
as envoys from Baba Yaga to the Living God or out of an
interest in exchanging magic.

I'd like to know how exactly this is supposed to work. Does it heal 20% on a successful save? What happens to spell components and Divine Foci requirements? What I really want to know is if it works with Blood Money since this would be a cheap way to get Raise Deads and Restorations.

With all these exceptions running around, I think Paizo should create an "Exceptional Situation Compendium" for rulings on things like this...

First of all, do they have access to the lost Thassilonan spell?

Also, what would be the effect of a 20% resurection? (I doubt that it would be pretty.)

Not sure what that is. I figure 20% resurrection would just have a 20% chance of happening like any other non damaging effect.

"Shadow conjurations are only one-fifth (20%) as strong as the real things, though creatures who believe the shadow conjurations to be real are affected by them at full strength. Any creature that interacts with the spell can make a Will save to recognize its true nature."

Your allies being healed would, obviously, not make the will save to disbelieve and would be affected fully.

Would they get a choice?

Voluntarily waiving your save vs. an illusion would require awareness that it is an illusion. (Which is logically equivalent to successfully making the save roll.)
