Why are you doing backflips/front flips? What is the purpose of such actions? That will determine the DC and what skill is used.
I don't like walking I just like to backflip and front flip its for rp really and is used while in combat sometimes but thats to stop attack of oppertunity and also just to get on the nerves of a team mate.
Flipping around for no reason shouldn't take any skill check at all--it's purely fluff.
Flipping around to entertain people (and thus get money) should be Perform or Profession (Acrobat).
Avoiding AoOs has a DC of the enemy's CMD (or CMD+5 to move through their space itself).
