Clarification about Feats gained from Mysteries

Rules Questions

Hopefully this hasn't been asked previously, I couldn't find the answer.

Taking a 1 level dip into Oracle and choosing Battle gets you a single Mystery.

Maneuver Mastery (Ex): Select one type of combat maneuver. When performing the selected maneuver, you treat your oracle level as your base attack bonus when determining your CMB. At 7th level, you gain the Improved feat (such as Improved Trip) that grants you a bonus when performing that maneuver. At 11th level, you gain the Greater feat (such as Greater Trip) that grants you a bonus when performing that maneuver. You do not need to meet the prerequisites to receive these feats.

Do you have to be 7th / 11th level Oracle or just 11th Character Level to gain these feats?

Thanks in advance!

7th / 11th level Oracle

Any class ability that says it comes online "at Xth level" demands class level X, not just character level X.

Pretty much the only Oracle class feature you advance by taking levels in other classes is your Curse. And even that only gets advanced half as fast as if you were taking straight Oracle levels. And even that is still more than most classes get; PF is much less kind to multiclassing than 3.5.
