damaging objects is what you need, and an adamantine arrowhead or dagger works wonders for doing that. have someone with detect magic in your party, along with someone with a very high perception, and that tool, you don't really need a rogue for locks or traps. (although without dispel magic you may have to be imaginative in getting around magical traps)
