Tiefling: any way to get Aasimar metamagic feat: consecrate spell?

No RAW way to really pull this off - so I hope this isn't for a PFS idea.

Easier - Convince your GM to let you take the Human racial feat Racial Heritage and specify Human.

Harder - Convince your GM to let you take the feat, this may include a tremendously creative backstory, footrubs and/or free pizza.
