Magus - Extra Arcana @ 1st level?

Can a Magus take the feat Extra Arcana as a first level feat?

Everything I've read seems to allow it but want to make sure on this.

No...you need the arcana class feature to take this feat and you get that at magus 3.

Do they meet the prerequisites?

No, because the prerequisite of the feat is posession of the class feature. Which you do not get until 3rd level. (6th if you are Bladeboud) So the earliest you can take it is 3rd, or 7th, repsectively.
