Is the double damage for Vital Strike already included in the monster stat block in the bestiary (for monsters that have Vital Strike)? What feats are/are not included in the stat block?
I think passive, always-on stuff is included in the stat-block, but not stuff you need to activate.
Actually that is one of my problems with some creatures. Some creatures DO have Vital Strike listed in the damage (it is stealthed in). Mostly this is a problem in the APs. I cannot remember an instance of this in any of the Bestiaries.
