There aren't any weapons that rogues are specifically not able to use, as far as I know.
If you're asking about proficiency, Rogues are proficient with all simple weapons, plus the hand crossbow, rapier, sap, shortbow, and short sword.
So any simple weapon from any book. Boar spear from the Advanced Player's Guide, for instance.
There are other ways to gain proficiency, too. Multiclassing, taking a feat, racial traits, etc.
Well that answers the question. Thanks for the quick response. I was specifically looking for weapons they are automatically proficient with beyond the ones listed in the class description.
