A potion of magic mouth is interesting. I am still looking for viable ways to use one. Perhaps a mouth could appear on your arm and shout bloody murder if anyone approaches you while your sleeping.
Death knell is in a category of oils and potions I call "recursive". When a comrade falls below 0 hp you can apply this oil to his body, forcing him to make a Will save. If he fails the Will save he dies, but he gains 1d8 temporary hp; but, he's dead so it doesn't help.
A potion of magic missile is a fun little "cursed" potion. Upon drinking it a magical energy dart flies from your fingertips and back into your face.
But seriously, one of my favorite interesting oils is animate rope. I think it is cooler to rub a rope with oil to make it come alive than to mumble some hocus-pocus over it.

I don't so why you couldn't just drink a potion of flame blade and get the same effect.
By RAW Potions can only be made of spells that target something:
A potion is a magic liquid that produces its effect when imbibed. Potions vary incredibly in appearance. Magic oils are similar to potions, except that oils are applied externally rather than imbibed. A potion or oil can be used only once. It can duplicate the effect of a spell of up to 3rd level that has a casting time of less than 1 minute and targets one or more creatures or objects.
Flame blade is not targeted spell, it produces an effect instead so it is cannot be made into a potion.

Good call Drejk. Now, just to be sure, this won't work as an oil either.
