Shadow Clock question

Rise of the Runelords

I'm not really sure how the transition between rooms work.

E2 to E3 is easy enough, I guess, but am I correct in guessing that there isn't a floor in E3? Where are the PCs supposed to fight three Faceless Stalkers? On the rickety staircase that will collapse as soon as combat begins?

So the rickety stairs lead from E2, through E3, and end up going outside the tower and leading into E4 from the outside. Ok. Door from E4 enters into E5. E5 looks like a deadend. Are the PCs supposed to scale the outside of the building to reach E6? Is that what the scaffolding is there for?

And is E6 open to the air outside? That must be how the party sees the angel on the roof while not being perched precariously on the side of a conical roof, right?

Map is confusing and needs some clarification before I can run it for my group.

There is no floor in E3. The Stalkers are waiting near the bells, trying to prevent the PCs from making it up the stairs. If they do anyway, then combat will presumably happen on the staircase.

Scaling the outside of the building or flying are the only ways to reach E6. Xanesha flies there herself.

There is one opening in the wall/roof to reach Xanesha's lair, but I don't think it is otherwise open to the air.

I also interpreted the map as requiring scaling the wall.

You can take a look at this 3D map of the clock tower, created by Chinchbug. It's very helpful!

Excellent. That 3D map did the trick. This will make it so much easier to run, now.
