No.
Rings of wizardry are subject to normal stacking rules. You can wear two (or three, with a hand of glory) rings of wizardry and gain the full benefits, as long as they double different spell levels. There is no additional benefit from wearing more than one ring of wizardry doubling the same spell level.

He can wear two rings just fine, even if they effect the same level, it doubles his base spell slots, however, not his modified total (effectively tripling his slots, rather than doubling them twice).
These are not bonuses and thus have nothing to do with the stacking rules (which primarily deal with spells anyways).

Please re-read the Core Rulebook, pg. 13: "Stacking: Stacking refers to the act of adding together bonuses or penalties that apply to one particular check or statistic. Generally speaking, most bonuses of the same type do not stack. Instead, only the highest bonus applies."
A ring of wizardry provides a bonus (doubles) to a particular statistic (x-level prepared spell slots). Another ring of wizardry is "of the same type," and does not stack with the first if they affect the same spell level, unless specifically stated (like all dodge bonuses stacking).

+6 enhancement bonus to Strength
+5 luck bonus to skill checks+4 natural armor bonus to AC
+3 competence bonus to ability checks
+2 resistance bonus to saves
+1 enhancement bonus to attack and damage rolls
These are bonuses. These are what your quoted rules are referring to.
The ability to double your spell slots is not a bonus. It's an ability given by a magic item.
