Can you combine sylphs racial feat wings of air with monks fast movement, and clerics travel domain fast movement; and if so do you get double that on a descent? thank you

Monk fast movement: No, it is a enhancement bonus to land speed, so it has no effect on the base speed.

Travel domain: Yes, it affect your base speed, thus effect the fly speed from wings of air.

Wings of Air gives you a flight speed equal to your base speed. Monk's bonus is an enhancement bonus to speed, so it will have no effect. Travel domain says increase base speed by 10, so I think it would work.

oh and one more question: i thought i saw a feat somewhere(i know there are spells) that will allow you to improve your fly speed by one step. can anyone tell me the name and where to find it? thanks again.
