Oracle's Telekinesis Spell use Int, Cha or Nothing?

Rules Questions

-title-

Because Stat Mod in spell's description are for Mage and Sorcerer, the Oracle can use Cha Mod like Sorcerer?
Or he cannot use Nothing because the spell is indeed to be a best option for arcane caster?

Generally if there's a variable statistic, you use the one your casting is based off of. A witch would use Int, while an oracle would use Cha. This is not specified anywhere in the rules, so YMMV.

When a spell only lists one specific statistic, like Spiritual Weapon using your your Wisdom modifier, then it's always Wisdom even if you're a Cha- or Int-based caster.

Sorry, i make an error.
Cha not Wis, post and title edited. ^^

Thanks for reply.

I hope in a James Jacobs's answer that close the question about Oracle's casting with spells like this. ^^

Silver Crusade

I agree with Grick, the intent of the spell is that it uses your casting stat as the modifier, it just has not been updated to reflect that. Again, not specified in rules, so YMMV.

If a spell was written before a non-core class, like the Oracle, you can assume that the intent of the spell was to use your primary casting stat, even if it's not mentionned in the spell description.
