Need help creating a 13th level samurai. 23 str. 16 dex, 18 cha. Is deadly stroke useful or is there a better way to use my feats? Sorry about the choppy language, I am trying to be direct.

Okay, so let me reword this a bit so if anyone does wish to advise or point out places I can improve him.
As above the character is 13th level.
He has a Str 23, Dex 16, Cha 18 (He is an undead creature possess a suit of armour, but that is besides the point.)
I am only focusing on using the Katana two handed.
Present feats that I took were
Power Attack
Furious Focus
Weapon Focus.
Critical Focus (He has a +3 Keen Adamantine Katana)
Now the question is should I focus on intimidating foes and go the deadly stroke route, or are there feats I can take to make him better all around

Considering you have Cha 18 I'd probably build around Deadly Stroke.
Depending on how much trouble you have intimidating foes I might insert Intimidating Prowess otherwise I'd pick up Iron Will and one of the Crit Focus chain feats (likely Staggering Critical). If your GM will allow Cornugon Smash I'd take it at some point for the action economy.
