I have created a document to try and show off the major (and subtle) differences between 3.5 and PF to my group of friends, who have just recently resumed playing 3.5 after a hiatus from 4E, and are interested in the system but want to know more.
Document is here.
I would love some suggestions to add to this list. I browsed all the threads I could find on the boards to try and come up with some differences but I couldn't find the super-gigantic one that went around within the last year or two that was like 10+ pages long (I have awful search-fu, and memory - maybe it never existed?!)
I also hope this document is useful to others :)

Skills:
Decipher Script and Speak Language were merged into Linguistics.
There is a new skill Fly that is checked during air maneuvers or hovering in place.
Gather Information is part of Diploamcy, not Knowledge [local].
Open Locks was merged with Disable Device.
Feats:
Improved (Maneuver) feats also grant +2 to CMD against such maneuver.
Toughness grants +1 hp per level, with a minimum of +3 hp at levels 1 to 3.
Equipment:
When mentioning increased full plate bonus you could also mention that breastplate, chain mail, scale armor, splint mail, banded mail and half-plate were improved too.
Combat:
Immediate actions explicitly can't be taken while flat-footed.
Casting defensively DC is higher.
Death, Dying and Resurrection:
You could note here that ability damage works differently.
You should also add a Final Rule: "Reread carefully any ability, feat or spell you intend to use in PF instead of assuming that you known how it works!"

Is this the one you were looking for: This One?
