Is there going to be a physical version of the players guide in the works? Because is it just me or does the PDF just end (after the description of the chronicler)?

The campaign traits for the players guide are printed in the Varisia Player's Companion.
...which incidentally costs money. It's not a bad buy, though, I've got it, and not having the campaign traits wrecks nothing much.
But still.. sort of a DLC.
Why not do a quick update on the Player's Guide PDF, adding a page ? After all, since there will be no physical printing of it, not much harm done.

The camapaign traits are on page 4 of the Player's Guide. They're just reprinted in the Varisia Player Companion, if you want a physical copy of them. There's nothing missing from the Player's Guide; it's just not as long as they have been lately, with caravan rules or ship-to-ship combat rules or whatever.

If you don't want to spend money... the Player's Guide DOES include the campaign traits.
This is our attempt to make the traits free (in a PDF you download) and have physical copies of them for folks who prefer that (on 2 pages of an associated Player's Guide).
