Most of the feat chain would look like the archer's, but with Quick Draw in so you could use Rapid Shot. Definitely will want to go with chakram for your weapon too.
Wow, a chakram does a d8? That's surprising. What about the problem of not spending ludicrous amounts of money on weapons?

Two Weapon Warrior+Quick draw and throwing Chakrams. You'd get full two weapon trainingwhen you throw and chakrams have 30ft range, bigger damage
I was thinking maybe mobile fighter; running around distracting the bad guys while the mages mop up. The problem I see with that build is until I hit 11th level, I'll only be getting one attack per round if I'm running around, even with shot on the run.

Put the splitting enchant on the chakram instead of the dagger in UE.

Two Weapon Warrior gets double strike and level 9.
Besides the thrower works like a switch hitter.
You throw Full Attack From Range and go TWF melee when they close with you

So the doubling enchant would allow the character to get off as many shots a round as he has attacks? Interesting dagger. The wording seems kind of wonky, "...vanishes after resolving the attack and the remaining dagger can be split again," to me makes it work, but I could see the argument for this only splitting once per round even with Quick Draw.

I'm building a kitsune juggler (Fighter, maybe a Cad archetype) who juggles weapons and then throws them out of her juggling pattern. The feets I'm looking at are
Quick Draw
Point Blank Shot
Precise Shot
Rapid Shot
Weapon Focus
Close Quarters Thrower
Clustered Shots
Weapon Finesse (most of the thrown weapons are also light)
(If I take Weapon finesse, I'll probably take Dervish Dance, too. Depending on how the character plays, I might take Throw Anything or Distance Thrower. Charging Hurler and Opening Volley are also in consideration.)
Primary weapon is the Chakram: they are light and thin enough to carry 3-5 around at a time, and they seem perfect for juggling, too. Secondary weapons are Throwing Axe, Light Hammer, and Dagger. At least one cold-iron Cestus as a backup melee.
I'll probably take a dip into Bard for the Fascinate performance power and Hypnotize so I can have the juggling be more than just flavor. (There's a trait that's basically a watered down version of Dazzling Display, but I can't remember what book it's from. If that's legal in PFS, I might use that instead of the Bard dip.)
I hadn't thought of using TWF. How does that compare to Rapid Shot? Can you use those together in any way?

You can indeed, I had an alchemist once who did that with bombs. His nova was scary. I destroyed an room full of minotaurs by myself because the minotaurs had stolen my formula book in an attempt to lure us into a maze. My alchemist was not amused, my party members looked on like, "He's got this."
That's awesome!
So for the mechanics, does the Rapid Shot throw count as the primary hand (full STR bonus) or as the off-hand (half STR bonus)? I realize that doesn't matter for Alchemist bombs, but for a throwing-fighter, it could make a big difference.

Blink Back Belt, UE, 5000 gp crafted, low cl. Enjoy your enchanted Chakrams :)
I have been playing around with a Sohei Thrower. A monk gets:
TWF (Flury of blows)
ITWF
Double Slice
For free, as well as +1 extra attack with 1 ki and some kickass abilities.
Further, the Sohei gets weapon training and is able to enhance its own weapon further with Ki.
