Friendly Local Gaming Store. Basically any place that sells board games, card games, dice, and/or comic books will have several regulars who will be willing to play if you can beat a DC 5 diplomacy check.
**Edit**
Alternately, grab your regular friends (or friends from work, if regular don't suffice) and get them started on newbie-friendly games like Fluxx and Bang, then move into games like Settlers of Catan, then once you've taught them that you know some good games, start introducing Pathfinder. Or just move straight into Pathfinder if they've read any high fantasy.

I've used the sites to great effect:
Meetup - To find people interested in games and other gamers near you.
Pen and Paper Games - To find players near you.
EnWorld - This one also has a Gamers Seeking Gamers system to find people near you.
Good luck!
